Waterway 5″ Jumbo Spa Light OEM Kit, Plastic Only, 630-K005

The Waterway 630-K005 is the OEM kit for the 5 inch jumbo spa light, supplied as the plastic parts of the assembly. It is made by Waterway Plastics, so it matches the original dimensions and seats in the existing spa wall opening.

Why the plastic goes first

A spa light lives in a hard place. Lamp heat on one side, hot water and sanitizer on the other, and sunlight on the trim whenever the cover is off. The lens clouds, the trim goes brittle, and eventually something cracks, while the wiring behind it is still perfectly serviceable. Renewing the plastic is usually the whole repair.

Before you order

This is the jumbo 5 inch size, not the smaller standard spa light, so measure the opening if you are unsure. The listing is described as plastic only while the record also carries a 110/12 V, 1 A rating for the light, so check which pieces you actually need before ordering.
