Swimline Aluminum-Reinforced Pool Leaf Skimmer, 8025

The Swimline 8025 is an aluminum-reinforced pool leaf skimmer, sold under the Hydro Tools name. It is the skimmer head, the net end of the tool.

What the reinforcement is for

A wide net full of wet leaves puts real load on the frame, and an unreinforced plastic frame bows and eventually splits at the throat. Aluminum reinforcement is what keeps the mouth of the net rigid so it stays flat against the surface while it is being pulled.

Before you order

The listing covers the skimmer head. It does not state that a pole is supplied, so check the handle you already have. Facts on this item are limited to what is above, so if the exact width or the pole fitting matters to you, confirm it before ordering.
