Poolstyle Deluxe Floating Thermometer with Cord, PS084

The Poolstyle PS084 is a deluxe floating thermometer supplied with a cord. It sits on the surface and reads the water temperature where swimmers feel it.

The cord

An untethered thermometer drifts to the far end of the pool or gets pulled against the skimmer. The cord lets you tie this one to a ladder, a handrail or the skimmer so it stays in one place and stays in reach.

Why keep one

Water temperature drives more decisions than most owners expect: whether the heater needs to run, how quickly chlorine will be consumed and whether the pool is actually ready to swim in. A float thermometer needs no power and no setup, so it is the simplest way to have that number to hand.
