Polaris Genuine OEM Wheel, Single-Side (3900), 39-401

This is the genuine Polaris single-side wheel for the 3900 Sport pool cleaner, the new style version. It is listed under part number 39-401.

Confirming the part

Turn the old wheel over. Part number 393-401 is stamped into the plastic on the back, which is the fastest way to be sure you are ordering the same wheel. Both numbers refer to this part.

When to change it

Wheels take the abuse on a pressure side cleaner. Once the tread flattens, the hub cracks or the wheel wobbles on the axle, the cleaner stops tracking its pattern properly and starts missing sections of the floor. Replacing the worn wheel puts the drive back where it should be.
