Pentair 8-1/2″ Adapter Hose, Gray, LLU1PM

This is the Pentair LLU1PM adapter hose, an 8-1/2 inch gray section supplied as the genuine replacement for the original piece.

Adapter sections take a beating because they sit where the hose flexes most. Over a few seasons the wall stiffens, the ends widen, and the section either leaks at a joint or collapses under suction. Swapping in a fresh section is the quick fix.

It is made to the original 8-1/2 inch length, so the geometry of the run does not change when you fit it. Take the old section off, put this one on, and the assembly sits exactly where it did before.
