Hayward Replacement Filter Cartridge Elements for SwimClear, 4 Pack, CX880XREPAK4

The Hayward CX880XREPAK4 is a four pack of genuine replacement filter cartridge elements for SwimClear cartridge filters, covering the C4020, C4025 and 4030. Each element measures 25-3/8″ x 6-7/8″ x 3″.

Why the Hayward element

Hayward builds these cartridges to the performance and durability standard the filters were designed around. The cores are precision molded and extruded so the pleats stay square, which is what protects hydraulic efficiency and the structural stability of the element under load. The media is chosen for first pass debris removal, so dirt is caught the first time water goes through rather than on the next lap.

Buying the set

These filters hold four elements, which is why the pack is sold as four. Replacing the whole set at once keeps flow spread evenly across the tank. Drop in one new element beside three worn ones and the fresh cartridge takes more than its share of the dirt and loads up early.
