Hayward Light Gasket for SP0607 Niche, SPX0506D

The Hayward SPX0506D is the light gasket for the SP0607 niche, with a 12.25 inch outside diameter. It is the genuine Hayward part.

What it seals

The gasket sits between the light fixture and the face of the wall niche. It is a small piece of a large job: it is what keeps the joint clean and even when the fixture is drawn up against the niche.

Before you order

Measure across the old gasket and confirm 12.25 inches. Hayward records for this part list it against the SP0607 niche, and also against the SP506 and SP607 niches, so check the number cast into your own niche rather than going by the fixture. Fitting a fresh gasket whenever the light is out of the wall costs little and saves pulling the fixture twice.
