The Hayward SX210CD2FW is the bottom elbow assembly for the Pro Series S210S side mount sand filter. It is the genuine Hayward part.

Where it sits

The elbow is inside the tank at the bottom, under the sand. That means it is not a quick swap: the sand has to come out to reach it, which is why most people replace it as part of a sand change rather than on its own.

Check the model first

Hayward lists this elbow for the S210S. The Pro Series side mount breakdown also covers the S220S, S244S, S310S and S360S, and those use their own part numbers, so read the model off the filter label before ordering. While the tank is open, the lateral assembly and lateral hub are worth inspecting too.
