Is the same cleaning procedure used for every filter?

Cartridge soaking and media-filter cleaning use different procedures. Follow your filter manufacturer’s shutdown and pressure-release instructions before opening equipment, then use the cleaner label for dilution, soaking and rinsing. Do not apply a backwashing instruction to a cartridge housing.
