Pentair 12L-CLP Clamp Assembly with O-ring

The 12L-CLP is a clamp assembly supplied with its o-ring, listed among Sta-Rite filter valve parts.

What it does

A clamped joint on a filter valve holds two halves together against system pressure, and the o-ring inside it does the actual sealing. Over years of seasonal tightening the clamp stretches and the o-ring flattens, and a joint that used to seal at hand tight starts weeping no matter how hard it is pulled up.

Before you order

Compare the 12L-CLP number to the clamp on your own valve. Clamp assemblies look similar across a lot of equipment and do not interchange freely, so the part number is the reliable check rather than the shape.
